Im going to start being more direct and not going the long way round! As long as its safe and im not on private property I dont care what other people might think ....they might even learn something ;-)

Ive been spreading the word through many different channels and I'm getting a lot of positive feedback.
I have heard from people in the UK, Europe, North and South America, Students are telling their teachers, people are teaching their friends and family. Youth workers and local government workers are all spreading the word.
Keep up the good work parkour people!
Tell me your success stories and what you plan to do next. I will feature it my next blog.
Thanks
looking forward to hearing from you.

Remember together our combined actions make a difference, even if you have made a small difference I want to hear about it. If you have gone out and told only one new person: I want to hear about it...but do aim high!

It might be a bit late to post something here but I wanna say something:
Everytime I'm cat-balancing in front of people they always think or even say "what is he doing?" thinking I'm weird or something. And I must say that it was kind of troubling me in my training, made me loose my focus.
But not anymore!! Now I just keep doing it with all my focus and without caring about what people think, and it feels really good. Because I feel my body likes it.
Next time i'll ask them to try ! If they only knew what it brings to the body... Plus it's fun !
